RETURNING PATIENTS
Please book with the chiropractor you normally see. If you need a specific day or time, call the office and we’ll be happy to help.
A few important reminders:
• WSIB and motor vehicle accident appointments must be booked by phone.
• Please arrive at your scheduled time and avoid wearing scented products.
• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and contact us.
• We accept cash or debit, but not Visa or Mastercard.
• Please provide 24 hours’ notice when cancelling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full fee.

Dr. Mitch Ormond is a chiropractor with a special interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. He helps people with back, neck and joint pain better understand what is contributing to their symptoms, move with confidence and return to the people and activities that matter to them.
His approach is evidence-informed, collaborative and tailored to each patient’s goals and preferences. Care may include chiropractic adjustments or joint mobilization, soft-tissue therapy, acupuncture, movement advice and individualized exercises.
Dr. Mitch earned his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University, where he also worked with the Western Mustangs football team. He later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Outside the clinic, Mitch enjoys squash, golf and staying active.

Dr. Jenny Pelisek
B.A.,D.C.
Dr. Pelisek was born and raised in Chatham.
She received her B.A. in Physical Education at UWO, her D.C. from Logan College of Chiropractic (Logan University).
She then continued with a special interest in pediatrics and pregnant women with a Diplomate in Pregnancy and Pediatrics from the ICA and Palmer College.
She is also a Certified Kinesiotape Practioner.
She has been a member of her local service organization the Zonta Club of Chatham-Kent since 2000.
